Polish Employees: Common Problems

Published on Dec 28th, 2009 in RSS Readers with

Dishonest practices by employees are a worldwide phenomenon and it’s both the organization and the individual who lose out due to this. Theft of company property, illegally selling client databases and other classified information are some accusations that Polish employees or poolse werknemers have to face too. It has been reported that competing companies often tempt each others employees to engage in these unscrupulous activities by offering money. In fact a whopping 92 percent companies in Poland complain about dishonest employees.

But then, this figure may be so high because of a general feeling that Poles are dishonest, as a result of the human tendency of stereotyping. After all, you might feel that when one fish is rotten, so are the rest in the same pool!
See poolse arbeiders if you want to find loyal and honest Polish workers.
