I think it is almost our moral responsibility now that we have the technology that we take advantage of DIY solar energy and DIY wind power. There’s no question that we can now build their own solar panels and wind turbines for just a few hundred dollars with parts that can be easily procured from a local hardware store. There are also several excellent kits available online that show diagrams of how to construct solar cells and windmills.
